Losing to Chelsea and then Liverpool tut tut, this won’t do ![]()
I write this part way through the match! All the talk before the match (refreshingly) is about the appointment of Kenny Dalglish as Liverpool Manager and not about the Mancs. Howard Webb soon puts an end to that and gives Man Utd a penalty after Berbatov dives in the box in the first minute. Later in the first half he lets a 2 footed challenge by a Man Utd player go, only to send off Gerrard for a similar challenge moments later.
Yep hard to believe Liverpool 2-0 Man Utd and Liverpool score in the 5 mins of extra time. Did the ref get mixed up???? A great win in the Premier League game of the season. The build up was all about Liverpool’s poor run of form, Liverpool’s title race being over if the game is lost and Man Utd fans spoiling the game with Beachballs.
Trivia question: Why are tea and coffee not sold at Anfield in the stand above the Man Utd fans, for this fixture only? Answers via comments please, we will reveal the answer there later in the week….
I’ve just bought a friend of mine a Liverpool t-shirt like the one in the picture. It got me thinking that if Man Utd fans don’t like liverpool, then they won’t agree with the priciple of “You’ll never walk alone”. Therefore Man Utd fans by default must have a desire to walk alone! Why not get one of these soccer shirts?
A Manchester United “fan”paid £55 for his team’s kit printed with 96, the number of people killed at Hillsborough, YSB standing for You Scouse B*****ds and the words “Not Enough”. A clear dig at rivals Liverpool. Then proceeded to put photos on Facebook. This has been generally condemned by all football supporters including, to their credit, Manchester United fans at ManUnitedDevils. Obviously at Hate Man Utd we condemn this inhumane gesture. This website is aimed at poking fun at Manchester United and everything that there is to hate about them. However, derogatory references to the Munich air disaster or other extreme types of hatred are not tolerated here. Indeed we strive to keep the content suitable for a family audience (after all we want kids to be put off supporting Man Utd!).

The nominees for the PFA player of the year have only one non Man Utd player in the list. That player being Liverpool’s Steven Gerrard.
The full list being: Cristiano Ronaldo, Ryan Giggs, Rio Ferdinand, Nemanja Vidic, Edwin van der Sar and Steven Gerrard.
This is a plain case of bias. Please comment if you could name a player who has been over looked. In the meantime, lets hope Gerrard wins!
A quick note to regular visitors to this site. There have been no updates due to holidays and a bombardment of SPAM comments. Whilst on holiday we had some fun at the expense of a “Man Utd fan” in a continental bar, he had a Man Utd shirt on. He claimed to support them because “they are the best team” (sic). When questioned he had not been to any games. An individual with no loyalty to his home town or country and likely to swap his “support” when another team become the best. Well done to FC Porto who scared Man Utd in the Champions League Quarter finals (but alas did not win in the end). And it sounds like there is a new “wonder kid” to keep an eye on

Wayne rooney hated them before the match, I guess even more so now. The familiar dodgy penalty to Man Utd could not stop Liverpool. The amazing stuff included a penalty to the opposition at Old Trafford and the ref having the balls to send a Manchester United player off!!! Alan Wiley was the ref, normally we keep a record of poor refs on here, this time we will add this reference to a ref in a positive light! :)
Pictures to follow!
Manchester United fans believe they are on for a sextuplet. Let me stress the point, they think they are on the verge of a 6 trophy haul, of the Charity Shield, World Club Championship, Carling Cup, FA Cup, Premiership and Champions League. Let’s nip this in the bud now!
1. The Charity Shield must not count, how many teams fans can comment here when they have won 1 trophy (or more) in previous seasons and not declared a “double”, “treble” etc…. Please comment this is an important point if you hate Manchester United.
2. The World Club Championship was a 6 horse race where Man Utd were entered at the last 4 stage. In principle it cannot count based on the quality of the opposition and the size of the tournament.
3. The Carling Cup (aka The League Cup) is a traditional part of the 4 trophies that would be included in the English League “Quadruple”. On this occasion Manchester United were let in at round earlier (ed - should read later) than some other Premiership teams. Akin to Formula 1 where the fastest car starts at the front of the race.
4. The FA Cup. A tournament Manchester United have historically devalued by not participating in. I need say no more.
5. The Premiership. A straight race, should count. Come on Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal, Aston Villa and any other team involved in the race for top spot or playing Man United…
6. The Champions League. Again a straight race, should count. Come on Inter Milan and others.
The effect on football’s future generation(s) is pending. Kids will see Man United win all six (sic) trophies and conclude there is no other team worth supporting. The death of football is waiting…. Register your disapproval here.
